If it still doesn't work right something is wrong with your server.

If its having problems still PLEASE turn debugging on (set the debug cvar to 2 which is a new mode that logs all the messages instead of printing them)

And compress and post / pm some of the logs where you had problems.

I am happy to say that after some 20 maps of testing, my admins report that the XP bug seems to have been fixed in this latest beta patch. It was only tested with 3 players online, but hopefully adding more shouldn't cause problems.
