Player's birthday 1.1

Description:
Plugin allows players to set their birthday date.
When player have birthday, plugin automatically execute commands in configs/birthday.txt (example file in attachment)

Commands & Cvars:

• sm_birthday <day> <month> - allows players to set their birthday date only one time.
• sm_birthday_version - plugin version.
• sm_birthday_tableprefix - table prefix for SQL. (default - "")
  
• sm_birthday_showinfo - interval between displaying the information on chat (0 - off). (default - "120")
  
• sm_birthday_flags - flags required to use "sm_birthday" command. (default - "")
  

Requirements:

• MySQL.

This looks like a plugin for communities with regular players who are likely to make use of such a thing, use of the command is completely optional and so one-time players will most likely not even use it.

I mean, people could spam it.

By the way, when does this trigger? In the middle of the day? Every time they join on their birthday?

Would it be possible to add a way to only let players with the reserve flag (a) use the command? I'm also thikning of maybe hooking it up to our forums so it draws the birthday from there
