I dont know if this goes in tech support or bug report but when i use amx_shban on someone it takes away their powers but when map changes they can use their powers again but their still listed in the nopowers file.

yeah I found this bug myself and the newest beta I uploaded last night it should be fixed in, check that other post and try the new beta and Let me know how it goes. Thanks for the report though.
