Who would make a plugin for 200$?

I have a mod called fortwars: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9j2mwZtAFOY, but the creator of the mod refuses to give me the source SO I would like to see if someone would create this mod from scratch. I would also like to know if they would or would not give me support like if I want something added you add something if there is a bug you fix it for at least 2-3 months. I'm not requesting it now I would just like a show of hand who would make this mod for 200$?

Is this a SourceMod plugin?

If so, authors are required to hand over the source code to any plugin.

It's the law kids! I'd suggest pressuring the author for the source, and go from there.

Its not even released its a private mod not even on sourcemod not anywhere. Whats anyone going to do if i complain anyways nothing will happen no one will do anything end of story.

That can't be right.. Because if it is I know of some pretty cool plugins which are private I'd like to go request.

Of course nothing at all will happen if they don't release it.

If it is a SourceMod plugin or extension and you have been given the compiled code (.smx or .so/.dll), you have the right under the GPL license (under which all SM plugins/exts are licensed) to the Source Code upon request.

Yes, public release doesn't really matter. If you have access to the binary, you should have access to the source code.

The feds might not come busting down their door, but at the very least they can be banned for not complying with the license.

I know this guy who made the plugin, I used to have him on friends before he get banned on VAC.

He posted the plugin here, at this topic: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=112665, but he removed the file, so no way to get it (without using backups)
