I've seen a lot of questions about running Metamod:Source on a listen server. Here is the package I use, I'll try to update it when Metamod is updated.

readme.txt This package contains Metamod:Source 1.2.3 setup for listen servers. http://www.sourcemm.net 1. Copy all the files from the "counter-strike source" directory into your "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\USERNAME\counter-strike source" directory. 2. Make sure you are logged into Steam 3. Go to "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\USERNAME\counter-strike source" 4. Double-click on sourcemm.bat NOTE: After updates you will need to run CSS once through the Steam menu and exit before clicking on sourcemm.bat

Listen servers are when you run a server in the game as you play.

There's talk about sourcemm.bat. That aint in the package. Where is it? What's in it?

I totally missed the zip at the bottom of the post.
Because of my screen resolution, the download button was invisible <:-s

Ive tried to install it and had it without error running. (Or so I believe)

Then I added a plugin and I cant get it to work since.. Always tells me could not load library dll. :/
