Some guy, posted it as a freeware. And yet i'm not responcible for what he did, and how that involves me. I'm just enjoying my free copy of windows software which is registered with legally bought key. Thank you for your time.

That is not freeware. In that example, both you and the other guy (as well as anyone else who downloaded it) are all violating Microsoft's License

I'm not. The person who bought it, got the multi-pc license, WHICH allows him to use the key he gave us on any pc.

Can you prove that? Were you given the Certificate of Authenticity that states that key is a valid Volume License key?
