The purpose: Allow any Player in select maps (the list of maps can be configured via a file. Alternatively you can enable the feature for all maps via a cvar) to re-arm (get ammo for weapons) regardless of sv_cheats with a Chat command or Console command (the commands can be customized via a file). If you have Mani Admin, the Plugin automatically looks up the name of the user and executes ma_give, adding ammo for all weapons he has. If you don't have Mani Admin, the Plugin executes impulse 101 on the Player or if executing it on the Player is impossible, it's executed on all Players.
