Cleaver won't work. It acts like jarate/grenades and therefore is a bit buggy when trying to home, so it ends up just falling to the ground.

No idea how to add it myself(not a coder).. I tried contacting the owner of this plugin, still no news.. Anw, any kind soul able to give me the code to add it myself? Or even better, release a version that has an admin cvar...
