It can be a delay between databse and server ? Mysql and game server are on a different host, and different countries.
Some times.. now, quite often, after 5-7 minutes after round starts, rank, shop, sourcebans even the country flags are starting with delay. I understand that the plugins that use mysql start with delay because of the poor connection but why country flags plugin ?

Is about an Arena (1v1) server. When this server has problems with this strange lag, the other servers like retake, mix, comp are working fine and there are on the same machine with same internet connection.

Dose someone had this problem ?

EDIT: There is no high ping,var, sv on server and the game play is very good.
