I just started to learn metamod and I did some stuff, now I want to make a chat command and I tried hooking say and it didn't work. Please help me to make a basic command (I want that the command will return me args and who called it (pEntity) to make the plugin do something on the client)

Also I wanted to know how can I get client's steamid.
