[CRASH] Problems after todays Valve Update 4/19

Updated CS:S server with todays update, now every time it loads up DM, just gets to the point where it should connect with the VAC servers it crashes, well actually just closes.

I tested to make sure it wasnt metamod that was causing the problem and removed the info out of the metamod.ini file and the server launches just fine, but as soon as I put back the DM info it crashes.

Any ideas or thoughts on this would be great. Thanks!!

I haven't looked at the steam update changes yet, but I've gotten a few crash reports now.

Let this by the official crash thread for this steam update (any other threads will be locked+orig. poster banned).

I will work on a fix for this asap.

Same problem after the latest update 19/4/06

DM server keeps crashing when someone connects. If I remove the dm plugin - the server runs fine.

removed cssdm from metamod.ini and server loads fine.

will not start with cssdm activated in metamod.ini

i would give you the log file but they are empty.

My server is stable, but since last update it isn't even running now.

Server crashs the moment the first player connects.

Server doesn't crash totally for me... but has 1900 ping

Any word on a fix?

works fine for me, but then again I have it disabled usind the command cssdm_disable and I spawn people manually.

Running Windows 2003, my server doesnt crash, but when trying to connect it will sit on 'sending client data' and wont let you join. Once I remove the mod then you can join.
