Modify Movement Speed

Here is the plugin that I am using.

Can anyone add restriction of movement speed for different classes?
For instance, if I choose to be a sniper, the movement speed will be limited to 200, etc.

Not working when I change them. In addition, when I switch the gun, the person somehow be pushed
