no , no .
There is glitch to duplicate you'r ammo packs if you are using /donate plugin and bank with /withdraw , /deposit function.
so i enabled autowithdraw and autosave ,and removed say commands to pervent that glitch!

I think that this bank is saving only STEAM ID ! I'm not sure
