[NotnHeavy]

This is a plugin that allows users to modify attributes - either native attributes applied at runtime, or through nosoop's custom attribute framework - in-game, through modifying a config or programmatically.

Im trying to use this as a replacement for rebalance fortress (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=309687) as it is no longer supported and contains various amounts of bugs.
Does this plugin modify weapons by bots?
