i was using SM1.3 and had a problems like crashing on map change and other weirdness so i switched back to SM 1.2.3 and no problems.

We upgraded to SM 1.3 and were getting huge memory usage.
Our plugs-ins never changed.

sourcemod-1.3.1 = 168,780K

EDIT: It was not sourcemod-1.3.1 seems it was another plug-in that auto updates.
