The point of this plugin is not to remove weapons, simply to remove hats. Removing weapons should be done through another plugin.

What about a cvar to keep set hats? That's a visual indication that the player is using the set

Small bump. Some functionality that I'm looking for is to disable hats, but still allow some of them to be used. Something like this plugin + a whitelist of which hats are allowed (that don't entirely break the art style).
