HuH? I don't understand that... but perhaps this is the answer?:
KNOWN ISSUES
If you start the Zeus Round during the warmup round, the round after the warmup will not be a Zeus Round

Getting these messages with new Zeus round. These appear at start of round in game chat:

[ZeusRound DEBUG] Event_RoundStart: ZeusMode [1], UpcomingZeusRound [0], IsZeusRound [0], ZeusRoundsLeft [0]

* Fixed code for when player is controlling a bot

This fix was required because if you were controlling a bot the round prior to a zeusround and survived till the end, after the zeusround you would get that bot's weapons and cash instead of your own. CS:GO had the command "bot_take_control" removed an update or two ago and I only noticed today with the help of Miraculix when he told me that command doesn't exist anymore after trying it on his cssbank plugin.

When a player takes control of a bot, the event player_spawned is fired, and immediately followed by bot_takeover. Hooking bot_takeover is nice since it contains the userid of the player taking control, as well as the userid of the bot who was taken over, if you need that info.

On an unrelated note, never try to set m_bIsControllingBot to 0 on a player who is controlling a bot, or else very bad things happen. =P
