Using PHPMyAdmin, go into the commsdb database and look for the 'users' table.
Browse to the Administrator entry and change the password to what you want. Set the function as MD5 and click on 'Go'.

Yes, I'm not sure if it's an intentional mispelling but what works is:

Username: Administrator

When I load this plugin I get an error saying :-

[SM] Plugin commstools.smx failed to load: Unable to open file.

I can not get the database to update...

If I enter the details on the website for a mute and a ban on myself and I login to a server it doesn't work same goes for it I log into a game server and mute and silence me I dont see it on the website?

The database setting are correct as I can see the webpage ok? I take it you are surposed to be able to add people to the mute list from in-game and not just from the website?

Make sure sm_commstools.smx is in sourcemod/plugins directory and you have moved plugins/basecomm.smx to the disabled directory (Commstools won't work if basecomm is still running.

Also ensure you have the database info entered into the database file in sourcemod/configs and then restart the server.

has anyone got this working? The plugin loads with no errors but the website doesn't update...

in the sourcemod error log I get :-

L 01/16/2009 - 15:017: [SM] Native "SQL_TQuery" reported: Invalid database Handle 0 (error: 4)

is this anything to do with it? Or is there another error? I know that the server's IP address is allowed to right to database in SQL as it works fine for sourceban...
