Can KAC also prevent or rather ban when using material wall hacks?

No, as materials are basically skins. Use sv_pure and you'll prevent people from using material wall hacks. If done correctly you'll still be able to allow people to use weapon and player model skins as well.

I didn't think that it was possible to have sv_pure,
but also allow weapon skins and server side admin models.

I will need to figure that out as we do like to let people use weapon model skins
and our admins use server side model skins to distinguish themselves from the general public.

I'm sure it's some combination of the use of the white list.
