[CS:GO] Change weapon sounds?

Hello guys,

I wonder if it's possible to change weapon sounds to custom ones, for example like this https://youtu.be/LT3jDEgiRDg?t=14 i remember that sometime ago i saw that this was posted, i search it but i couldn't find it

Not really client prediction gets in the way, you can change what it sounds to other players but not the player shooting.
