Find ADMIN_SLAY in the plugin and change it to whatever level you want. For example, if you want people with kick level to use it, make it ADMIN_KICK. If you have a question about the specific name of a flag, post it.

So if i want the access flag to be for Ban level it will be ADMIN_BAN in the sma file?

If i have to change it in the amxx file please tell me what i need for open that.

Um... .amxx files can't be opened. You have to recompile the plugin. And yes, the level is ADMIN_BAN.

I have changed ADMIN_SLAY to ADMIN_BAN but it wont work.
