    Force Landmark Angles

    When playing surf or bhop, do you ever get sick of failing a level, and then going multiple levels back because you got teleported facing the wrong direction? Well this plugin is for you...

    By forcing all trigger_teleports to use m_bUseLandmarkAngles, you will always be teleported facing the same direction as the teleport destination that you are teleported to.

    Only issue is that when going through teleports to different stages you can't keep your speed because it stops you.
    Not only this, but a majority of the time it doesn't only stop you but also launches you sideways. Probably an easy fix, but just wanted to let you know.

    This plugin was one of those light bulb moments when I was writing a review on a game banana map.

    aexi0n, your comment is very valid I realised this shortly after putting up the plugin.

    I just had a look to see if there is a properties in hammer which changes velocity based on landmark angles, with no luck from what I can tell.

    I know how velocity is set, I just don't know the math to change the angles of a given velocity. I'll prob post for some help in the scripting section at some stage.

    I figure I just get the players total velocity before the they teleport, and then get the angles of the teleport destination. And simply (not for me) adjust the velocity to match the new angles.

    Erreur 500 has already done the velocity thing, you can use it as reference and give him some credit

    Version 1.1.0 is attached here for now.
    - Player velocity is reset based on the destination angles when teleporting

    For some reason any trigger_teleport that has a filter attached wont trigger in Sourcemod. So I'm unable to detected when a player is teleported when standing on a solid platform (one that doesn't move down).

    I have locations on my map that if you fall it teleports you back to a spot pre-determined, so basically this will fix the issue with being pointed back in the wrong direction it will just teleport you in the same direction and velocity in which you went into the portal?

    Cool plugin, now I see only on thing which is missing. A cvar to enabled/disabled the plugin. Than I could disable it on some maps if it's not compatible with the map.
