Anyone can do from this plugin a "clientpefs.smx free" version?
On some servers the clientfrefs.smx do random restarts when an user type: !settings
Not all time, but 2-6 times in one day. When the player use: !settings and the server restarted, the last entry in the screenlog.0 is: !settings
So some servers disable the clientprefs.smx and the restarts gone.
This is the reason why i ask this.

why don't you think that the issue is not in clientprefs, but in other plugin, that uses clientprefs and that disables after removing clientprefs? clientprefs is a strong main plugin from the sourcemod authors, so i dont think it has such a bugs. Otherwise you should report a bug to sm dev team.
