Kind of correct.
Depends on the size, what is being attacked etc.
if you are having issues with SRCDS specific attacks, like Tsource Connect- Qconnect, most providers are having a hard time mitigating those. These include ArborNetworks, Radware etc
OVH uses Arbor - So if you buy a normal OVH server (non game) this is still a vulnerability.
- The best way around is using something like a cacher - spumer has a great working redirection and caching module. Check his thread out
If you are attacked with UDP/NTP / any other protocol that exceeds your line, then you are out of luck. Contact the provider.
