Hl Stats web showing 0/0 players

First of all I would like to tell you that I already had a watch on the faqs:

A: This can be because of a few issues:
Take a look at the Hosting Blacklist? Is your webhoster mentioned? If so, stop everything you are trying to do, it won't work, get a different hoster!!!
Is the Daemon running?
Is the port that the Daemon is listening on open? (is it firewalled or are you perhaps behind a router?)
Do you have the correct modtype for the gameserver you are running? (ie. DoD:S and not DoD gold)
Is the server you wish to include in the stats also filled in as a gameserver under the gametab (admin section)?
Have you added the loggaddress to the config?
Either add the following to the server.cfg or the autoexec.cfg file:

logaddress_add ip:port
HL1

logaddress_add ip port
ip and port being the ip and port your hlstats daemon is running on. If this is the same machine, be sure to use the internal ip (192.168.100.185 for example, do not use 127.0.0.1!).
The server's rcon password is not the same with that it is configured with.
Please login as admin on the website.
Go to the gameslist and click on the gamemod you are hosting.
Click on the tab called "edit server" and then on the link called "configure".
A new page should be shown in which is a textbox with the option of filling in a rcon password.
Make sure the rcon on both this textfield and your gameserver are the same.
RESTART the daemon

I have tried all these steps, I am having hostgator web hosting account on which I configured hlstats according to:

Answer to Faqs:

Is the port that the Daemon is listening on open?
I contacted my web hosting support and they told me that the port no. 3306 is always opened for mysql databases, so I had changed the port to 3306 instead of 27500
Also, I have added
log on
logaddress_add Ip shown in my hosting account <space> 3306
in server.cfg

I have cross checked the rcon.

But I just have a doubt on:

1 more issue is that the opened post is 3306 and HLstatsX: CE Daemon Control always shows:
Daemon Port: 27500
Am I doing something wrong there?

Not able to understand what to do about it?
I want to install it for counter strike 1.6..
Please help me with this..

You can use one Port for one Application running on that IP. If the Port 3306 is already used for listening/using Sql Database's then you cannot use 3306 for HLstatsX: CE Daemon. Contact your Hosting and ask him to open a New Port (which is not being used by any other applications) or preferably open port 27500.

So where do I have to change the port to 27500??
I mean including the daemon port and log address, do I have to change port anywhere else too?
ok, I changed the port in run_hlstats too and I got the message:

Your web host needs to open the ports up ie "27500"

what does u perl console say?
after "NOT ALLOWED SERVER"

ex: u join u server add 5bot and shot does this ex come up
