Is there a way to put special characters in your cs 1.6 server name?

Ex. ™, ® etc.

Btw, i dont have steam cs 1.6

My friend got it on a steam sale for 60 cents so im waiting for that.

AFAIK, CS Servers support that if updated to latest, but only Steam clients can see those special characters
