Is it possible to make amxx plugin for counter strike 1.6 that changes players discord rich presence when they join your server?

I mean, it is possible for CS:GO and for FIVEM so i don't see why

Kinda, its not quite it. I found version where you have plugin that works that way. You have one for fivem too

Post the plugin and someone may be able to port it. However, that seems strange, as I believe the rich presence provider has to run on the client and not on the server.
