First make sure you have GOTV enabled, if you had it disabled, make sure to edit it and restart your server, that is one of the reasons that it won't change maps!
Then if it still crashes, send us your Command Line and, launch options of the scrds_run and the gamemode_yourgamemode

PS: You have to send us the Command Line and the gamemode_ of the game type you are using.
