Someone "injecting" config files

Hi,

I'm having some issues... It seems someone is somehow uploading files to my server config files in amx/configs file with a new folder called "maps".. with all configs and stuff... If I go in Metamod folder there are exec files with a link to something and it changes rcon... I don't understand how they can upload anything.... Everything is CHMOD'ed at 770.
