What could stop a server from coming online?

I have a server but 2 days ago it randomly just went offline... I dont remember changing or altering any of my previous plugins I had on the server and I havent added any plugins since. So, does anyone have an idea what the problem could be or how to fix it?

This is what the server company said to me:

Your server is offline because of your plugins you installed. The plugins were probably not installed correctly so you would have to check your plugins. It is not our fault the server is done, if you left it the way we installed it then it wouldn't be down. Please check your plugins and if you cannot troubleshoot this issue then we can reformat the server for you.

I dont think I installed any plugins incorrectly but I could be wrong.

A plugin could of crashed the server

would the server crash if it used uaio and super at the same time?

If there is a conflict between them, maybe. We have no way of telling what crashed it until you narrow it down to a specific plugin by disabling them until you no longer see a crash

that would be a smart idea. but i have so many different plugins from zombie, to pred mod and then special private surf plugins.... so im just going to have the server company reformat the server and then add the surf stuff that i had before so it will be cleaner, and if the problem is still there is then with one of my plugins so i will post again if it is fixed or if i have a problem still. thank you.

lol, zombie mod and all that other crap, for sure. The uaio and super togehter are least of your worries, besides they dont have any conflicts with eachother.

Make sure you have the starting map in the maps folder, same with the models/sounds/sprites.

imo this is the best way to find whats crashing your server, and its what I do when my server crashes. Comment out all of your plugins, then restart the server. One its restarted and running, go into hlsw, put lal the server info in so you see the logs in the console, then uncomment all the plugins, and change the map via hlsw. In the console window, it will tell you what your missing.... usualy. It's always worked for me ;)
