Illusion....

A guy that can make a player illusion like a player model spawning a bit in front of and running in a straight line and making walk sound for a Cvar of time and then just disappear....is it even possible?

Think it could be a good idea....basicly just for distracting

I think there are already 2 heroes that summons fake players.
(One of the is a rip)

Yes Beyonder, but that hero only do a model anywhere where it is buried then. He wanna have a hero what moves and doesn't buried in the bottom

Was more thinking of a illusion that just runs in a straight line forward and dissapears after a number of seconds....
And beyonder follows you or something...and has lots of bugs...the only thing i want the hero to do is create a illusion of a player running in a line and dissapering after (and making sounds)...

do some1 know how to create one?

thats a monster attacking...i want one that runs, not attacks and it just dissapears after a set amount of time...

Seems like a good idea, if you want to create a simple illusion that would be great. It would be handy if someone is waiting for you to come around the corner, so you hit the key fot the illusion, and it keeps running, meanwhile you stop and wait for the camper to attack your illusion, then you can get the drop on the camper. The key would be that the illusion would need to make the ounds of someone walking.

We do understand it, it is possible, but I think that it's not worth the trouble to make....
