Now, with new compiler from 1.60 ( I have this problem since pheeeee time )
to compile a , let's say, 700 kb plugin it needs 89.3 minutes ( wtf ).

It is compiling on Celeron 1.7 GHZ, 256 RAM

No idea. 700kb is pretty big for a plugin. But 89 minutes is huger. Lol. Maybe try downloading a new compiler from the Base?

No programs active, nothing running in bg, 0% processor usage , and when going to run AMXX compiler - it took 76 minutes to complete
