The only way I know how to do that as of now, is have PMs sent to admins when they're not on stored in a separate file.

Console is no longer required to send messages.
You can now also type: /pm <Player> <message> in regular chat to send PMs.

Updated to version 1.3! Fixed a bug which would require correct capitalization of the target, which is no longer needed. Also, players are able to leave messages for the admin, even if an admin is not online! The messages for the admin, along with all PMs sent between players can be found in the "log" folder of your amxx directory.

Would it be possible to make it so after the first time you type '/pm <name> <message>' it remembers who you messaged and you can just type '/pm <message>' if you want to do it to the same person?

can u add a command amx_msgadmin because i have admin_slash and "/" =type in console "amx_" and i can't send msg to admin!

I don't understand... you can't type slashes?
Err, for now just send a PM to yourself and the admin will see it in the log file.
