voteban_othermods is for mods without color chat but with colored menus.

voteban_nocolor is for mods without both color chat and colored menus.

And could add time,for example 15 mins after map begin to make the vote.

Some others already noticed about easely bypassing this awesome plugin! Players who reconnect lost all their votes against them and have again a total of 0% votes. I've seen other plugins who prevented this with storing info (% of votes) about disconnected players with the nVault feature. It would make this plugin more effective and is in my mind the most needed update this plugin need.

Admin immunity would also be a nice improvement however i'm confident i can change this myself or reach it on another way.
