i use sourcebans++ !!
how i can set one permission only for Permanent ban??

example:
flag "O" for Permanent ban
flag "P" for time ban

I think you need a secondary plugin for that. I don't remember a plugin off the top of my head, though.

By default, the "unban" permission is required to give permanent bans, but there isn't any more built-in granularity than that.
