Hello,

I just bought my own cs:go server and I've been trying to get metamod (and sourcemod) to work but I just can't seem to get it to work.

I've followed everything listed in http://crosshairgenerator.com/how-to...emod-for-csgo/

but if I connect and try to do "meta version" in console it just says "Unknown command "meta""

Please help

Hmmm, not sure about that link.

Need a little more info.

Windows or Linux?

My setup is different from that tutorial. I have 3 main directory "levels":
install directory (where steamcmd is - you name this)
....csgo-ds (the dedicated server directory - this is specified when you install)
........csgo (the "base" CSGO directory - it has a slew of *.vpk files

MMSource is installed in the csgo directory, making this:
install
....csgo-ds
........csgo
............addons
................metamod

If you install to another directory/folder, nothing will happen. I don't think this well presented in that link.

If you unzip the metamod package directly into the csgo directory, everything should be good, it supplies a VDF file that should work.

Does that help at all?
