Any one know a good tutorial on compiling plugins using Visual Studio 2017?

Exactly I have same problem, after reading Wiki about compiling project I'm stuck on point 3 subpoint 2

there is only "start-shell.bat" and I have VS 2017 community version.

Personally what I do is just Windows+S and search for "cmd". The first result is the regular cmd and then the ones after that are Visual Studio Command Prompts like these: https://i.imgur.com/djMAfBb.png

I open the x86 VS cmd and use that to build projects and it works fine.
