Reports will be deleted after 25~ minutes by default.
You are free to change this to whatever you want in the config for the mysql-module.
If you really feel the urge to remove your reports manually, i recommend you to take a look at heidisql, thats what we use.

I just installed this on 2 of my servers, and I'm getting this.. it stalls out and crashes, and about 2-10 crashes later, it finally starts up.

there are some other errors just before the crash, but the log doesn't show them, and the console crashes before I can see it.

Ideas?

You can try to put this into your valve.rc, right below stuffcmds

con_logfile "console.log"
This pipes all console output to the given file, maybe you get more information that way.
What would help is a debug.log file, but i'm not sure if you are able to make the needed modification on your gameserver to create it properly.

Is there a way to see which admins are online with the client? I find it very frustrating when I have to be on a server to see how many admins are available. Everything looks good besides that!

I've turned on console logging, however, it's still not logging the errors. I will attempt to record my screen. And see what I can come up with.

Yes, you can see those in the trackers tab.

Would each admin need their own private access key? When I check the trackers page it says none are available

No, you just have to enable steam support in the client and you have to run steam.
