Under a Linux Dedicated Server, the campaign Deathcraft II does not have its maps listed with the
Code:
maps *
command, nor are they accessible using
Code:
map l4d2_deathcraft_01_town
for example - the server behaves as if the files simply are not there. Why? I'm not sure if this is the right place to do so, however.

The maps * command only lists what YOU(the client) have on your computer, not the dedicated server's AFAIK.

Check if the Linux Dedicated Server actually have the campaign in its addons folder.

Last but not least, do a Server restart via your dedicated server provider (they should have the option to do so) because VPK files don't work immediately after dropping them in the folder.

Note: That is assuming the Linux Server isn't running on the same machine as you

No, I am handling the server directly. It's not on the same computer as my client, but all the commands I input, all the files I talk about are directly on the computer the server is on.
