[TF2] Sever's time limit isn't working

I have a server's time limit set to end the round at the end of the timer using mp_timelimit. When the server first starts it sets the time limit like it should but when it restarts the map at the end of that time limit, it won't set the time limit like it should. It won't show the time limit anymore on restart and says "Map Change On Round End..." where the timer should be.

Anyone know what is going on with this? This started not from the last update but, the one before that and the patch notes say nothing about any changes to these cvars.

Seems I need to make a correction.

After digging a bit deeper it seems the map doesn't restart at the end of the timer. When the timer reaches 0 the map won't restart and the message "Map Change On Round End..." comes up in the timer box after it gets to 0.

How TF2 deals with the timelimit by default depends on the map type.
  • Timelimit is completely ignored
    • Mann Vs. Machine
  • Map ends immediately if one team is ahead. If the teams are tied, ends in a stalemate or goes to Sudden Death depending on setting of mp_stalemate_enable
    • Capture the Flag
    • Symmetric Control Points (5CP)
  • Map ends at the end of the round. In multi-stage maps, BLU only wins the round when they win the final stage.
    • Arena
    • Attack/Defend Control Points
    • Mannpower
    • Payload
    • PASS Time
    • Player Destruction
    • Robot Destruction
    • Special Delivery (I think?)
  • Map ends at the end of the current stage of a multi-stage map
    • Payload Race (on all official maps anyway)
    • Territorial Control

The cvar mp_stalemate_at_timelimit can be used to make all maps use the CTF/5CP system.
