Looking for suggestions for attribute experts. Maximillian and wall-e both use the short circuit and from a recent update, this weapon is rather OP now

If we wanted to really slow down the fire rate or do something to bring this weapon back in check ..suggestions???

Easiest would be to just change damage with 1/2

fire rate penalty with any value above 1.0 will work to slow it down. 4.0 would be something near the previous rate, I believe.

would the 1 ; 200 be correct to cut the damage in half (the values to be used with attributes seems confusing with most entries

5 ; 4.0 will slow it down to be 4 times slower. 0.25 would be 4 times faster.

Last I checked (before the nowengihasaflamethrowerhohoho update) damage bonus/penalty had no effect on the Short Circuit...I think. 1 ; 200 would give it 200x damage, though. Try 0.5 for halved damage.

EDIT: Nevermind, fire rate attributes only change the viewmodel and metal-reduction rate. I can confirm that changing the damage via attributes works, though.
