Where is the plugin when I click it then it says "Plugin failed to compile! Please try contacting the author."

I had this on my server before and it worked good and I need it again.

The plugin uses include files which are not available to the site compiler, download the zip file under the plugin link. It includes the compiled version and the source.

and it uses sm stock functions that the web compiler doesnt have yet

more specific? it will stop there is a certain amount of time left in a round via the cvar.
it doesn't do it during the bonus round.

Yes it balances on bonus round. Round ends, ppl DC, and balances.

I installed plugin.gscramble in cfg and gscramble smx file but it still isn't working.I know I put them on right so what is the problem do you think?
