A amx mod plugin is totally incompatible with sourcemod and need a rewrite from scratch.

And watching the video, it require modelling and mapping work too.

The plugin can be created but the assets such as models, textures and animations need to either be created from scratch for CSS or those specific assets ported to CSS.
