Using breakpad crash handler
Setting breakpad minidump AppID = 10
Forcing breakpad minidump interfaces to load
dlopen failed trying to load:

Update your Metamod to 1.21-AM
+ if it's this Error you're talking about just ignore it:

Also you don't want to run your server as root, make a new user and use it to manage your server.

Steam is free, you can make an account, and buy related games to be correct. But you can ask for support here as long as there is nothing directly related to no-steam or if the hunters didn't catch you.
