lots of great ideas here for ya Kobra, employ a few of them and you may wind up with an elite and approved mapchanging plugin.

Something like rock the vote...
Allow for adjustment of how often a map may be played again...
perhaps add nominations, perhaps talk to GHW_Chronic and see if he'd be willing to work this into his plugin @ http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=53679

Kobra's Mapgroup isn't a vote on map end. GHW's Custom Nextmap is.

Kobra's only changes amx_nextmap. I think it's a great issue for all servers bored with classic rotation of mapcycle.txt
