I think that even a looping task would be better than using PlayerPreThink, but should be other way to do it.

Very nice.

It looks like the dispenser can replenish players through walls though as long as they are in range. I would check for visibility of players as well.
Wouldn't setting pev_owner be enough instead of using pev_iuser2 if you're just checking for the ent's owner?

You can take a look at my plugin below if you like as its pretty much very similar in concept. I'm trying to clone the armory from Natural Selection. Still a WIP and messy... Hehe.

somethime when i use pev_owner the entity wont be solid and wont spawn how it should... and i know players can relenish thorough walls, i will fix that, thanks

pev_owner makes the entity not solid for the owner, good example is planted c4 when you can't walk on it.
