ok when i start my server up it says theres no map ok when i try to changelevel it says only server may do that well i am the server and this is the server so i cant change map and its not on a map

try amx_map de_dust or type it in the actual server console
maybe even amx_rcon changelevel de_dust will work

if you type in server console, type changelevel de_dust

you need an autoexec.cfg file in the root of your server. Inside it put this

log on
map de_dust

then when your server sarts it will load that map automatically
