There are only 3 independent shops at approved section. Go take a look at unapproved section.
Also, this 3 plugins have been released before exolent's API.
One of them is approved because is from 2005, if you go check, almost every plugins got approved, even the most basic ones. Because it was the start, few requirements, a lot of things have changed with all this 10 years. Still, it was a nice plugin, really nice for a plugin made in 2005.
The other one was from 2008, had bit more requirements, but was a nice plugin and unique.
The other one was from 2010, a surf_ski_2 shop, restricted for one map only but well done and with amazing items designed according to the map.
And then, in 2012, Exolent released the API and none shop got approved since then.
I am not against you make your own shop without this API, but today is very hard to have a shop plugin approved. If you look at suggestion request sub-forum, you can actually find better shops than yours.
