special infected spawn limit is increased.
it assists in AI Director.

CVARS:
l4d2_addsp : 90 (spawn interval: 5-300sec)

server.cfg(example):
sm_cvar l4d2_addsp 45
sm_cvar z_max_player_zombies 14 // (special infected + tank limit)
sm_cvar z_minion_limit 8 // (special infected limit)
sm_cvar z_hunter_limit 3
sm_cvar z_smoker_limit 2
sm_cvar z_spitter_limit 2
sm_cvar z_charger_limit 2
sm_cvar z_boomer_limit 2
sm_cvar z_jockey_limit 3

Does the "fixed/intended" thing for l4d2 that this plugin was suppose to do. So yes, it spawns the infected amount you set in your server. More than 2 at a time at an interval
