Umm... this is a serious question. does "dsp_player 0.0" really stop flashbang sounds without cheats enabled? That's not good.

For the moment the plugin was made, yes it does. But for now i don't know

I used this plugins for csgo, but after last update plugin stop working, I know this is for CS:S but can anyone help?

same reason here, please fix that , it annoys people on my csgo server now since they were used to the team-flash immunity.

You should add a convar, so the plugin will work for some seconds after the spawn (avoiding spawn-flashers) only.

When H@ uses FF=0 or plugins like this, the game is losing remains of realism (we all know this game will never be super realistic, but how it looks, when you throw a nade or flash in a swarm of people and only ENEMIES are being affected by nade/flash. It makes the game like c..p).
